Backing up from Mac to restore to Windows. Is that possible or do I have to export and import?

Backup to Restore doesn’t appear to be working. I had to do each ini file separately. Rebooted the Windows machine and no calendar data. Calendars are listed in the options along with their storage locations. The calendar itself is smaller but used my skin. All my categories are there.

Has anyone done this successfully? What do I need to do? We are bi-lingual in that we use both Macintosh and Windows machines.

If I share the files, can both machines actually use them or not?

The file paths are different in Mac and Windows so you need to fix those manually if you transfer the backup files between the two operating systems.

Rainlendar backs up everything every day to the directory:

C:\Users\<you>\.rainlendar2\backups

(in windows)

The zip files produced are dated and contain a full backup
