Hi there,
I use rainlendar (pro) with Google calendar (read only),
when modifying a recurring event with the Google calendar android app (E.G modifying the day or the time of a weekly guitar lesson for this week only), the modified event is then displayed in rainlendar but the previous schedule is still displayed (it only disappears when clicking on the “refresh” option in the menu).
If refresh fixes the problem the reason most likely is that when Rainlendar polls for changes it doesn’t get (or it doesn’t handle) the change for the original event. I’ll see if this could be fixed somehow.
I have a similar problem, though the previous scheduled event does not disappear after a refresh and it seem to only effect the Day View (Skin is Shadow4). Is there some setting I need to change?
Are you able to reproduce the issue with a new empty calendar? Please try this:
- Disable all your current calendars
- Create a new empty calendar in Options->Calendars
- Quit Rainlendar and start it in the debug mode (see Debug Log)
- Create the event to the calendar and try to reproduce the problem
- Click “Show debug log” from the context menu, save it to a file and send it to me
