It may depend on the skin you are using. I use Chomophore and a small button appears to the right of the Event description in the Events window or the Day View window. The calendar doesn’t show it.
The link is also shown in the tooltip. You can click it if you hold shift key down so that the tooltip window doesn’t get hidden when the mouse is moved over it.
